Agreement
By booking The Harvest House, you agree to these terms and the rental agreement, house rules, and guest guide provided before check-in.
Reservations
All guests must be listed on the reservation. The booking guest must provide valid ID, sign the rental agreement, and complete any required waiver before check-in. We personally confirm each stay.
Check-in & checkout
Check-in after 5:00 PM. Checkout before 11:00 AM. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Occupancy & use
Maximum occupancy is 12 guests in the home unless RV accommodations are approved in writing (up to 20 total). Events, commercial photography, and unauthorized gatherings require prior written approval.
Payments & cancellation
Pricing and cancellation terms are confirmed before payment. Specific cancellation policies apply to your rate and are included in your booking confirmation.
Property care
Guests agree to follow all house rules including fire safety, septic care, pet policies, and checkout instructions. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear.
Limitation of liability
Guests use wellness amenities (sauna, hot tub, cold plunge) and rural outdoor features at their own risk. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts paid for the stay.
