Information we collect
When you inquire or book, we collect your name, email, phone (if provided), stay dates, guest count, government ID for verification, and payment information processed by Stripe. We use Firebase for secure storage of booking records.
How we use your information
We use your information to confirm reservations, communicate about your stay, comply with rental agreements, and improve our hospitality. We do not sell your personal information.
Third parties
We share necessary stay details with payment (Stripe), email (Resend), calendar sync (Hospitable), and fraud prevention partners only as needed to operate your booking.
Retention & security
We retain booking records as required for taxes, disputes, and legal compliance. Access is limited to authorized hosts and systems with industry-standard safeguards.
Your choices
You may request access or correction of your data by emailing stay@harvesthousestays.com. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time; transactional stay emails will still be sent for active bookings.
